BCR Strategy

Our strategy is to acquire and hold Bitcoin as a long-term reserve asset, using disciplined leverage when market conditions allow, to maximize Bitcoin exposure per share. We aim to provide investors with regulated access through a simple, listed equity.

Establishing our presence in Australia underscores the strength of our proposition—leveraging the country’s robust financial system, supportive and evolving regulatory landscape, lack of comparable vehicles in the local market, and growing investor interest in alternative assets.

Our Commitment

We bridge the gap between Bitcoin’s disruptive potential and the sophistication of institutional finance. Our commitment includes full transparency, institutional-grade security with robust custody and regular audits, and professional governance led by an experienced, investor-aligned team. We take a long-term view, positioning Bitcoin as a strategic reserve asset for sustainable growth.

BCR Objective

Our objective is to steadily increase the number of Bitcoin per share through a disciplined and transparent strategy, ensuring long-term value creation for shareholders while managing risk responsibly.

Key Metrics for BCR

BCR will target growth in 3 key metrics for investors:

Bitcoin Yield

The period-to-period percentage change in the ratio of a company’s Bitcoin holdings to its fully diluted share count (including shares that would be created from convertible debt or stock options). Measures how effectively a company increases Bitcoin ownership per share, capturing shareholder-accretive growth driven by prudent capital allocation

Market-to-Net Asset Value (mNAV)

The ratio of a company’s market cap or enterprise value to its Bitcoin Net Asset Value (NAV) Indicates the premium (or discount) at which a company trades relative to its Bitcoin holdings. An mNAV above 1.0 means shares trade at a premium; below 1.0, at a discount. This reflects investor confidence, ease of access to Bitcoin through equity, and strategic value

Bitcoin Per Share

Total Bitcoin holdings divided by the fully diluted number of shares. How much Bitcoin ownership is represented by each share, a simple measure of how “Bitcoin-heavy” the equity is
